Estimated Costs <br />Twin Lake Boulevard ǀ 0N1.125376 Page 9 <br /> <br />ESTIMATED COSTS <br />The estimated project cost to complete the improvements proposed herein are presented below. These <br />costs include estimated construction costs, a 15% factor for contingency, a 20% factor for engineering <br />and construction administration, and allowances for geotechnical investigations and other indirect costs, <br />and are split between the City of Little Canada and the City of Vadnais Heights. <br />These cost estimates are based upon public construction cost information. Since the consultant has no <br />control over the cost of labor, materials, competitive bidding process, weather conditions, and other <br />factors affecting the cost of construction, all cost estimates are opinions for general information of the <br />client and no warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy of construction cost estimates is made.
