  <br />Highlights: <br /> Property tax collections are trending as expected at 52.29%. This is consistent with <br />the prior 5 years. <br /> More permits issued to date in 2022. The increase in building permits relates to <br />Twin Lake Apts project and increase roofing and siding permits due to hail storms. <br />Note that valuation also increased, primarily as a result of the Twin Lake Apts <br />project.
