<br />SOURCE OF FUNDS: <br />Park improvements will be funded through the City’s Capital Improvement Plan Fund (Fund <br />400), the 10% Fund (Fund 408), American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds, MnDNR grant, and a <br />donation from the Little Canada Recreation Association (LCRA). Staff will continue to make <br />efforts to find additional donations that would reduce utilizing City funds. <br /> <br />STAFF RECOMMENDATIONS: <br />Staff recommends that the City Council pass a Resolution Approving Plans and Specifications <br />and Ordering Advertisement for Bids for the Pioneer Park Site Improvements. Bids will be <br />received on December 1, 2022, with a possible award by the City Council as early as December <br />14, 2022. <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS <br />• Resolution approving plans and specifications and ordering advertisement for bids. <br />
