CITY OF LITTLE CANADA <br />ORDINANCE NO. 868 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP <br />OF THE CITY OF LITTLE CANADA <br /> <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />ORDAINS: The Official Zoning Map of City of Little Canada is amended as follows: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. SUMMARY PUBLICATION. Pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Section <br />412.191, in the case of a lengthy ordinance, a summary may be published. While a copy <br />of the entire ordinance is available without cost at the office of the City Clerk, the <br />following summary is approved by the City Council and shall be published in lieu of <br />publishing the entire ordinance: <br /> <br />The purpose of this ordinance is to rezone 5 parcels within the legal boundaries of the <br />City of Little Canada and amend on the Official Zoning Map on file with the Little <br />Canada Community Development Department to reflect the rezoned properties. The 5 <br />parcels to be rezoned from R-1, Low Density Residential to R-2, Medium Density <br />Residential are as follows: <br /> <br />PID# 05-29-22-21-0024 <br />PID# 05-29-22-21-0029 <br />PID# 05-29-22-21-0030 <br />PID# 05-29-22-21-0031 <br />PID# 05-29-22-21-0032 <br /> <br />SECTION 2. Effective Date: This ordinance shall be effective on October 29, 2022. <br /> <br />ADOPTED by the City Council of Little Canada this 26th day of October, 2022. <br /> <br />CITY OF LITTLE CANADA <br /> BY: John T.
