As noted in the bellow graphs City of Little Canada water rates for both winter and summer are the lowest, when comparing in 2022. The bellow analysis assumes a quarterly water usage of 12,000 gallons. When comparing Little Canada winter water bill ($58.70) with the second lowest city quarterly water bill ($71.42), Little Canada charges 22% less. Further, when comparing with the highest city quarterly water bill (Arden Hills $87.41), Little Canada charges 49% less for its water. The average water winter bill for all six cities is $74.91, Little Canada charges 27.61% less for its winter water when compared to the average bill. Similar percentages are noted when analyzing the summer water bill. The bellow rates would need to be evaluated on a yearly basis to most current projections for operating expenditures and capital infrastructure needs.
