<br />• Improved sight lines at the connection to Edgerton Street <br />• Contingency on the decisions and input of the Watershed District <br />• Addressing concerns related to stormwater management and privacy <br /> <br />Public Hearing: <br />A Preliminary Plat and Variance requires a Public Hearing and the City Council will open the <br />hearing at their November 30th, 2022 meeting to take comment from the public. At that time, they <br />considered the comments from the public. Public hearing notice letters were sent to addresses <br />within 350 feet of the parcel as well as to the Pioneer Press for publication. <br /> <br />Process Steps: <br />The proposed development will follow the process schedule below: <br />• July 14th – Planning Commission Preliminary Plat and Variance – recommended approval <br />to City Council <br />• July 27th – City Council Preliminary Plat and Variance – directed back to Planning <br />Commission for more information <br /> <br />• August 11th – Planning Commission Preliminary Plat and Variance– recommended <br />approval to City Council <br />• August 24th – City Council Preliminary Plat and Variance – tabled for more information <br />• November 30th – City Council Preliminary Plat and Variance <br /> <br />• December 8th – Planning Commission Final Plat and Variance <br />• December 14th – City Council Final Plat, Variance and Development Agreement <br /> <br />RECOMMENDED ACTION <br />To consider approval of a Preliminary Plat and Variance application for the property located at 0 <br />Edgerton Street (PID 052922340061) to subdivide the parcel into seven lots. A Variance is <br />requested for a reduction in the rear yard setbacks and lot depth of each lot as stated in the Staff <br />memo. <br /> <br />
