7 <br /> <br /> Section 1.14 Debarment Certification. Grantee is required to submit certification <br />regarding debarment, suspension, ineligibility, and voluntary exclusion – lower tier covered <br />transactions as set forth in Exhibit A. <br /> <br />Section 1.15 Termination. <br /> <br />A. This Grant Agreement is subject to termination upon thirty (30) days written notice by the <br />Authority if: <br /> <br />1. Grantee mismanages or makes improper or unlawful use of Grant Agreement funds; <br />2. Grantee fails to comply with the terms and conditions expressed in this Grant <br />Agreement or the applicable federal, state, or county regulations and directives; <br />3. Grantee fails to provide work or services expressed by this Grant Agreement; or <br />4. Grantee fails to submit reports or submits incomplete or inaccurate reports in any <br />material respect. <br /> <br />B. This Grant Agreement may be terminated by the Authority immediately upon the receipt <br />by the Authority of notice of the loss of federal funding for the Community Development <br />Block Grant Program or any project of Grantee. <br /> <br />C. This Grant Agreement is subject to termination upon thirty (30) days’ written notice by <br />Grantee if: <br /> <br />1. The Authority fails in its commitment under this Grant Agreement to provide funding <br />for work or services rendered, as provided in this Grant Agreement; or <br />2. Block Grant Funds become no longer available from the federal government or through <br />the Authority. <br /> <br />D. This Grant Agreement may be terminated by the parties, in whole or in part, under such <br />terms and conditions as they may agree, subject to the provisions of paragraphs A, B, and <br />C of this section of the Grant Agreement. <br /> <br />E. Otherwise, this Grant Agreement will terminate on the latest substantial completion date <br />specified on Grantee’s Application, and will be subject to extension only by mutual <br />agreement and amendment in accordance with the General Conditions of this Grant <br />Agreement. <br /> <br />F. Upon termination of this Grant Agreement, any unexpended balance of Grant Agreement <br />funds shall remain in the Authority’s Block Grant Fund. <br /> <br />G. In the event that termination occurs under paragraph 1.15.A.1. of this Section, Grantee is <br />required to return to the Authority all CDBG Funds that were expended in violation of the <br />terms of this Grant Agreement. <br /> <br /> <br />
