<br />• The street grade has been reduced from 8.0% to 7.5% with the inclusion of a longer flat <br />area (2.5%) near the curve and intersection with Edgerton Street. <br />• The lots on the western side of the development have now included a tuck-under garage <br />home concept type to alleviate steeper grades in that area and reduce the retaining wall <br />size. Concept images of these homes has been included in the packet. Based on feedback <br />from residents, the style of home has been changed to adjust to the grade changes on the <br />rear of the parcels. <br />• A landscaping plan has been provided to the City that details the areas where trees will be <br />preserved and where new landscaping will occur.
