A motion was <br />duly made, seconded and passed approving this project providing that the <br />provisions of the permit are met. Your Watershed District permit is being withheld <br />until the project plans are revised to incorporate all special provisions of the <br />permit. <br />Please contact Nicole Soderholm at 651-792-7976 or <br />nicole.soderholm@rwmwd.org if you have any questions regarding these provisions. <br />SPECIAL PROVISIONS <br />1. The applicant shall submit the final, signed plans set. <br />2. The applicant shall submit the signed stormwater maintenance agreement. <br />3. The applicant shall submit a site-specific BMP Operations & Maintenance Plan. <br />4. The applicant shall submit a copy of the approved Minnesota Pollution Control <br />Agency's NPDES Construction Permit coverage for the project. <br />5. The applicant shall submit contact information for the trained erosion control <br />coordinator responsible for implementing the Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan <br />(SWPPP). <br />6.
