Hanson
Pursuant to the direction of the City Council at our last meeting, staff has prepared an amendment to the
Development contract that releases the $25,000 financial surety required by the original development
contract with Mr. Graba. Another provision allows the pylon sign to remain at its current height and
face configuration subject to its inclusion in the master signage plan approval. We also reserved the
right to require the sign be brought into conformance in the future should any amendments to the PUD
be needed. Lastly, we are requiring the Developer to complete the outstanding items. Should he fail to
do so, occupancy permits will be withheld.
Staff would recommend approval of this amendment as presented.
cc: Bob Wagner
