Provision #15. The Master Signage Plan shall include the pylon sign area in the overall signage
program for The Property. Should developer or any successors or assigns propose modifications
to the property in the future that requires an amendment to the Planned Unit Development
approval for The Property, the City reserves the right to require the pylon sign be brought into
conformance at that time.
3. The Developer agrees to complete the remaining improvements as specified in
Provisions #'s 13 and 14 of the original Development Contract. Failure by Developer to
complete the remaining work items may result in withholding certificates of occupancies for any
space currently unimproved and not leased in the northern portion of the building as of the date
of this agreement. Building permit issuance will provide the evidentiary materials to verify not
leased/unimproved areas.
4. All other provisions of the Development Contract shall remain in full force and
effect as originally contemplated.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have set their hands to this Contract on the date stated
above.
CITY OF LITTLE CANADA:
By:
William Blesener, Mayor
By:
Joel R.
