Hanson PROPOSAL: A request for approval of an Amendment to the Comprehensive Sign Plan for the St. Jude Medical Corporate Campus located on County Road B East. The property in question is zoned Planned Unit Development (PUD). APPLICANT & PROPERTY OWNER: St. Jude Medical 177 County Road B East Little Canada, MN 55117 PROPERTY LOCATION: One St. Jude Medical Drive Little Canada, MN 55117 PLANNING COMMISSION: The Little Canada Planning Commission will be reviewing this matter at a regular meeting scheduled for Thursday, February 12, 2009. The meeting begins at 7:30 p.m. and will be held in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. CITY COUNCIL: Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will beheld by the City Council to review this request at their regular meeting to beheld on Wednesday, February 25, 2009 at 7:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as parties may be heard, in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. All persons with reference to this matter will be heard during the Planning Commission meeting on Thursday, February 12, 2009 and the City Council meeting on Wednesday, February 25, 2009. Sign language interpreters for hearing-impaired persons are available for public hearings upon request. The request for this service must be made at least 96 hours in advance.
