Page 2 of 2 <br />SIGN SPECIFICATIONS <br />Tenant signs shall consist of Illuminated Channel Letters mounted on Raceway (Exhibit <br />B) or Foamed Plastic Letters (Exhibit C) as described below. All signs shall be fabricated <br />and installed in compliance with specifications outlined as follows and with all applicable <br />electrical codes. <br />ILLUMINATED TENANT SIGNS EXHIBIT B <br />Illuminated Tenant signs shall consist of individually illuminated letters with <br />3/16" acrylic faces and 1"edge trim. Letter returns will be fabricated .063 aluminum <br />with 5" return depth. Letter return finish color is subject to landlord approval. Letters will <br />be internally illuminated with LED clusters contained fully within the depth of the letter. <br />Brightness shall not exceed 100-foot light lamberts. Individual letters shall be mounted <br />on 8" X 8" raceway: raceway will be finished (TBD) to match the building background. <br />Electrical components shall be located within the raceway. Tenant sign shall be placed <br />24" inside either side of lease line or in area designated by landlord. <br />NON-ILLUMINATED TENANT SIGNS EXHIBIT C <br />Tenant signs shall consist of individual formed plastic letters. Letter finish color subject <br />to landlord approval. Letter attachment method is blind stud mount. Tenant sign shall be <br />placed 24" inside either side of lease line or in area designated by landlord. <br />
