MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING CITY COUNCIL LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA FEBRUARY 11, 2009 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the City Council of Little Canada, Minnesota was convened on the 11th day of February, 2009 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. Mayor Bill Blesener called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the following members of the City Council were present at roll call: CITY COUNCIL: Mayor Council Member Council Member Council Member Mr. Bill Blesener Ms. Shelly Boss Mr. John Keis Mr. Rick Montour ABSENT: ALSO PRESENT: Council Member City Administrator Public Works Supt. Cable TV Producer City Clerk Mr. Mike McGraw Mr. Joel R. Hanson Mr. Bill Dircks Mr. Kevin Helander Ms. Kathy Glanzer MINUTES Mr. Keis introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOL UTION NO.2009-2-33 -APPROVING THE MINUTES OF THE JANUARY 26, 2009 SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING, THE JANUARY28, 2009 WORKSHOP COUNCIL MEETING, THE JANUARY 28, 2009 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING, AND THE JANUARY28, 2009 CLOSED COUNCIL MEETING The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Boss. Ayes (4). Nays (0). Resolution adopted. REVENUE Mayor Blesener opened the Public Hearing to consider the proposal of NOTE - The Minnesota Waldorf School that the City assist in financing a project WALDORF by issuance of one or more revenue notes consisting of the acquisition, SCHOOL construction, and equipping of an approximately 5,650 square foot addition to and the remodeling of a portion of the existing grade K through 8 school facility located at 70 East County Road B in Maplewood. The maximum estimated principal amount of the Note to be issued to finance the project is $2,800,000.
