STAFF REPORT <br />TO:Mayor Keis and Members of City Council <br />FROM:Sam Magureanu, Finance Director <br />DATE:December 14, 2022 <br />RE:Designate the Authority to Make Electronic Funds Transfers <br />BACKGROUND <br />Pursuant to State Statute 471.38, subd. 3 et seq, the City Council is respectfully being asked to <br />delegate the authority to make electronic funds transfers for 2023. Based upon past practice as <br />well as current practice, it is recommended that the following individuals be designated to <br />make electronic funds transfers for the City of Little Canada for 2023: <br />Samuel Magureanu <br />Chris Heineman <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />Designation of the authority to make electronic funds transfers helps to ensure compliance with <br />MN State Statute. <br />RECOMMENTATION <br />Make a motion to designate the following individuals the authority to make electronic funds <br />transfers for 2023: <br />Samuel Magureanu <br />Chris Heineman <br />ATTACHMENTS: <br />1)Resolution to Designate the Authority to Make Electronic Funds Transfers.
