the nine-month period referred to above shall be extended to include the period of <br />retroactive effect thereof). <br />Conclusiveness of Statements; Survival of Provisions. Determinations and <br />statements of the Lender pursuant to Section 2, 3, 4 or 5 shall be conclusive absent <br />demonstrable error. The Lender may use reasonable averaging and attribution <br />methods in determining compensation under Sections 2 and 5. The provisions of <br />Section 2, 3, 4 and 5 shall survive repayment of all obligations, cancellation of this <br />Note and termination of this Note. <br />4. No Other Changes. Except as explicitly amended by this Allonge, all of the <br />terms and conditions of the Note shall remain in full force and effect in accordance with <br />its terms. <br />5. Miscellaneous.
