Extract of Minutes of a Meeting of the <br />City Couneil of the <br />City of Little Canada, Minnesota <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br />of Little Canada, Minnesota, was duly called and held at the City Hall in said City on <br />Wednesday, the 15* day of December, 2021, at 7:30 p.m. <br />The following members were present: Keis, Torkelson, Miller, MeGraw and Fischer, <br />and the following were absent: None. <br />Member Keis introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION CALLING FOR A PUBLIC HEARING <br />ON A PROPOSAL FOR A HOUSING FINANCE PROGRAM <br />AND GIVING PRELIMINARY APPROVAL TO THE ISSUANCE OF <br />HOUSING FACILITY REVENUE BONDS <br />TO FINANCE A MULTIFAMILY HOUSING PROJECT <br />PURSUANT TO MINNESOTA LAW, AND AUTHORIZING <br />THE PUBLICATION OF A NOTICE OF THE HEARING <br />(TWIN LAKE APARTMENTS PROJECT) <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member <br />Torkelson, and after lull discussion thereof and upon vote being taken thereon, the following <br />voted in favor thereof: <br />Keis, Torkelson, Miller, McGraw and Fischer, <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />None, <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />72085288V1
