<br /> <br /> STAFF REPORT <br /> <br /> <br />TO: Mayor Keis and Members of City Council <br /> <br />FROM: Chris Heineman, City Administrator <br /> <br />DATE: December 14, 2022 <br /> <br />RE: Organizational Study & Gap Analysis <br /> <br />PRESENTATION: <br />Pat Melvin from DDA Human Resources will present preliminary recommendations and findings <br />related to the City of Little Canada Organizational Study & Gap Analysis. <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: <br />In September, the City Council approved a contract with David Drown & Associates (DDA/HR) to <br />conduct an Organizational Study & Staff Gap Analysis to review our current staffing structure with <br />specific attention focused on communication, community engagement, and outreach to the public. <br /> <br />Conducting a staff capacity gap analysis was identified as a strategic initiative in the 2022 Strategic Plan <br />and aligns with the strategic initiative of optimizing the City of Little Canada’s organizational structure. <br />Pat Melvin from DDA/HR will present his preliminary recommendations and will be available to address <br />any questions or concerns from the City Council. <br />
