RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING FOR PUBLIC HEARING <br />IMPROVEMENT NO. 2023-05 <br /> <br />SUNRISE DRIVE <br />(EDGERTON STREET TO 350’ SOUTH OF TERMINUS) <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />A feasibility report has been prepared by the City Engineer with reference to the improvement of <br />Sunrise Drive (from the Edgerton Street to 350’ south of terminus) by mill and overlay, spot curb <br />replacements, and minor adjustments improvements to the underground utility systems. This <br />report was received by the Council on December 14, 2022, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />The report provides information regarding whether the proposed project is necessary, cost- <br />effective, and feasible. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE CANADA, <br />MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1. The Council will consider the improvement of Sunrise Drive in accordance with the <br />report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement <br />pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429 at an estimated total project cost to the City of Little <br />Canada of $59,377.01. <br /> <br />2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on January 25, 2023, in the <br />Council Chambers of the City Center at 7:30 p.m. and the City Administrator shall give mailed <br />and published notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law. <br /> <br /> <br />Adopted by the Council this 14th day of December, 2022. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> ______________________________ <br /> John T.
