EASEMENTS AND PERMITS <br />A right-of-way permit will be required from Ramsey County for work within Edgerton Street right- <br />of-way. No additional right-of-way, easements, or permits would be required for construction of <br />these improvements. <br />VII. CONCLUSION <br />From an engineering standpoint, this project as proposed is feasible, cost effective, and necessary. It <br />can best be accomplished by letting competitive bids for the work under one contract in order to <br />complete the work in an orderly and efficient manner. The City will hav e to determine the <br />economic feasibility of the proposed improvements. <br />
