The project consists of the mill and overlay of <br />the bituminous surface and some curb replacement on Demont Avenue between Rice Street <br />and Canabury Drive, Desoto Street north of Labore Road, Costa Lane, Windrow Drive, and <br />Westwind Drive. Eleven (11) bids were received from the following companies listed below from <br />lowest to highest total bid: <br />Corporation Total Bid <br />T. A. The engineer's <br />estimate completed at the end of plan and specification preparation estimated the construction <br />cost at $606,000.00. Based on the bids received, T.A. Schifsky, Inc. is the low bidder. The low <br />bid received, based on the engineer's estimate, appears to be competitive and the bids have <br />been reviewed for errors and/or omissions. T.A.
