MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING CITY COUNCIL LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA FEBRUARY 25, 2009 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the City Council of Little Canada, Minnesota was convened on the 25th day of February, 2009 in the Council Charnbers of the City Center located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. Acting Mayor Rick Montour called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the following members of the City Council were present at roll call: CITY COUNCIL: Acting Mayor Council Member Council Member Council Member Mr. Rick Montour Ms. Shelly Boss Mr. John Keis Mr. Mike McGraw ABSENT: ALSO PRESENT: Mayor City Administrator City Attorney City Planner Cable TV Producer Mr. Bill Blesener Mr..Toel R. Hanson Mr. Patrick Kelly Mr. Steve Grittman Mr. Kevin Helander MINUTES Mr. Keis inri•oduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOL UTION NO. 2009-2-40 -APPROVING THE MINUTES OF THE FEBRUARY 5, 2009 WORKSHOP COUNCIL MEETING, THE FEBRUARY 11, 2009 WORKSHOP COUNCIL MEETING, AND THE FEBRUARY II, 2009 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Boss. Ayes (4). Nays (0). Resolution adopted. COMPRE- Acting Mayor Montour opened the Public Hearing to consider a HENSIVE Comprehensive Sign Plan for amulti-tenant building located on property SIGN PLAN - zoned Planned Unit Development (PUD) at 3225 Country Drive as 3225 requested by Graba Properties. COUNTRY DRIVE - The City Planner reported that the property in question is zoned PUD. GRABA Given that the building is amulti-tenant building, a Comprehensive Sign PROPERTIES Plan is required for this property. The Planner noted that all of the tenants for the building have yet to be identified at this point. The Planner further noted that There was some discrepancy relative to the amount of signage
