MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />FEBRUARY 25, 2009 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of Little Canada, Minnesota was convened on the 25th day of <br />February, 2009 in the Council Charnbers of the City Center located at 515 <br />Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Acting Mayor Rick Montour called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and <br />the following members of the City Council were present at roll call: <br />CITY COUNCIL: <br />Acting Mayor <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Mr. Rick Montour <br />Ms. Shelly Boss <br />Mr. John Keis <br />Mr. Mike McGraw <br />ABSENT: <br />ALSO PRESENT: <br />Mayor <br />City Administrator <br />City Attorney <br />City Planner <br />Cable TV Producer <br />Mr. Bill Blesener <br />Mr..Toel R. Hanson <br />Mr. Patrick Kelly <br />Mr. Steve Grittman <br />Mr. Kevin Helander <br />MINUTES Mr. Keis inriā€¢oduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOL UTION NO. 2009-2-40 -APPROVING THE MINUTES OF <br />THE FEBRUARY 5, 2009 WORKSHOP COUNCIL MEETING, THE <br />FEBRUARY 11, 2009 WORKSHOP COUNCIL MEETING, AND THE <br />FEBRUARY II, 2009 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Boss. <br />Ayes (4). <br />Nays (0). Resolution adopted. <br />COMPRE- Acting Mayor Montour opened the Public Hearing to consider a <br />HENSIVE Comprehensive Sign Plan for amulti-tenant building located on property <br />SIGN PLAN - zoned Planned Unit Development (PUD) at 3225 Country Drive as <br />3225 requested by Graba Properties. <br />COUNTRY <br />DRIVE - The City Planner reported that the property in question is zoned PUD. <br />GRABA Given that the building is amulti-tenant building, a Comprehensive Sign <br />PROPERTIES Plan is required for this property. The Planner noted that all of the tenants <br /> for the building have yet to be identified at this point. The Planner further <br /> noted that There was some discrepancy relative to the amount of signage <br />
