2009 GOAL REVIEW WORKSHOP
Seventeen participants offered their suggestions for goals that the City should accomplish during
the year 2009. Goals were then classified as either long-term or short-term. The result was that
there were six long-term goals and eighteen shoiK term goals identified. It was the consensus of
those present to not rank the long-term goals recognizing that these will continue to be worked
on in the future. The short-term goals were ranked by the participants, and the rankings were
tabulated based on the scenarios attached.
Each person ranked their top five goals from the list of 18 short-term goals generated at this
workshop.
