Public hearing notice letters were sent to addresses <br />within 350 feet of the parcel as well as to the Pioneer Press for publication. <br />Planning Commission: <br />At their meeting on January 26, 2023, the Planning Commission recommended approval (6-0) to <br />the City Council. The Commission felt strongly that the stormwater evaluation, watershed <br />review, change in site plan, public street accessibility, and landscaping plan were in alignment <br />with a satisfactory application and grounds for recommendation for approval to the City Council. <br />The Commissioners commented that it was nice to see the plan progressing and appreciated the <br />additional input from residents. <br />RECOMMENDED ACTION <br />To consider approval of a Preliminary Plat and Variance application for the property located at <br />0 Edgerton Street (PID 052922340061) to subdivide the parcel into 7 parcels with an 8- <br />foot reduction of Lot Depth from 130 feet to 122 feet for 4 of the 7 parcels located on the west <br />side of the subdivision.
