THE CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE APPROPRIATE EROSION CONTROL DEVICES <br />FOR STOCKPILE AREAS, INLETS AND DITCHES. DITCHES MUST BE STABILIZED WITHIN <br />200 LINEAL FEET FROM THE PROPERTY EDGE, OR FROM THE POINT OF DISCHARGE TO <br />ANY SURFACE WATER. STABILIZATION MUST BE COMPLETED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF <br />CONNECTING TO SURFACE WATER. <br />7.REMOVE THE TEMPORARY EROSION AND SEDIMENT CONTROL DEVICES AND VERIFY <br />THE CLEANING OUT OF ALL STORM DRAINAGE STRUCTURES, INCLUDING FLUMES, <br />PIPES, AND DITCHES ONCE FINAL STABILIZATION HAS OCCURRED. <br />8.PIPE OUTLETS NEED TEMPORARY OR PERMANENT ENERGY DISSIPATION WITHIN 24 <br />HOURS OF GOING ONLINE. <br />9.WHEN DEWATERING IS REQUIRED, CONTRACTOR MUST SUBMIT A DEWATERING PLAN <br />TO THE ENGINEER FOR APPROVAL AT LEAST 10 DAYS PRIOR TO THE PROPOSED <br />DEWATERING ACTIVITY. THE PLAN MUST INCLUDE A DEWATERING SYSTEM COMPLETE <br />WITH SEDIMENT REMOVAL SYSTEM PRIOR TO DISCHARGE.
