PETITION TO VETO HOUSING IMPROVEMENT AREA FEES <br />Little Canada, Minnesota April , 2009. <br />To the City Council of Little Canada, Minnesota: <br />We, the undersigned, owners of not less than 35 percent of the housing units' tax capacity of real property <br />of Apartment Ownership No 079 Fleur Royale Condominiums, Units # 101 through #339, City of Little <br />Canada, County of Ramsey, and State of Minnesota, hereby petition to veto the enactment of A <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING FEES FOR HOUSING IMPROVEMENT AREA NO. 2 PURSUANT TO <br />MINN. STATUTE § 428A.11 THROUGH 428A.21 relative to Fleur Royale Condominium Association <br />within the 45 day period that commences on March 30, 2009.
