PETITION TO VETO HOUSING IMPROVEMENT AREA FEES Little Canada, Minnesota April , 2009. To the City Council of Little Canada, Minnesota: We, the undersigned, owners of not less than 35 percent of the housing units' tax capacity of real property of Apartment Ownership No 079 Fleur Royale Condominiums, Units # 101 through #339, City of Little Canada, County of Ramsey, and State of Minnesota, hereby petition to veto the enactment of A RESOLUTION ADOPTING FEES FOR HOUSING IMPROVEMENT AREA NO. 2 PURSUANT TO MINN. STATUTE § 428A.11 THROUGH 428A.21 relative to Fleur Royale Condominium Association within the 45 day period that commences on March 30, 2009. By vetoing said resolution, we understand no fees will be assessed for Housing Improvement Area No. 3 pursuant to the resolution adopted (or anticipated to be adopted) on March 30, 2009 and no improvements undertaken at Fleur Royale Condominiums with City assisted financing unless another hearing is held to address new fees.
