PETITION TO VETO HOUSING IMPROVEMENT AREA FEES <br />Little Canada, Minnesota April , 2009. <br />To the City Council of Little Canada, Minnesota: <br />We, the undersigned, owners of not less than 35 percent of the housing units' tax capacity of real property <br />of CIC No. O11 Canabuty Condominiums, Units # 101 through #334, City of Little Canada, County of <br />Ramsey, and State of Minnesota, hereby petition to veto the enactment of A RESOLUTION ADOPTING <br />FEES FOR HOUSING IMPROVEMENT AREA NO. 2 PURSUANT TO MINN. STATUTE § 428A.11 <br />THROUGH 428A.21 t•elative to Canabury Condominium Association within the 45 day period that <br />commences on March 30, 2009.
