CITY OF LITTLE CANADA <br />RAMSEY COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />ORDINANCE NO. 869 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE LITTLE CANADA FEE SCHEDULE RELATIVE TO <br />ON-SALE LIQUOR LICENSE AND ON-SALE WINE LICENSE FEES <br />The City Council of the City of Little Canada hereby ordains: <br />Section 1. <br />The City of Little Canada Municipal Code is hereby amended to update the City’s Fee Schedule <br />relative to On-Sale Liquor License and On-Sale Wine License Fees as attached hereto in Exhibit A. <br />Section 2. <br />This Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after its passage and publication. <br />Adopted this 26th day of April, 2023. <br />_________________________________ <br />Thomas Fischer, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />____________________________________ <br />Christopher Heineman, City Administrator <br />AYES: <br />NAYS: <br />Published May 1, 2023
