The City Code does not have any regulations for food trucks, and there have not been
any issues with them in Little Canada. There has not been very many food trucks that have
operated in the city.
Monica Navarrette, owner of El Taco Nazo, LLC, was first approved for a wagon vendor license
in November 2021, and business has gone well since so she has applied for a third year. She
operates her food truck in the front parking lot at Quality Motor Sales at 120 County Road C
West. She has permission from the business/property owner, and has submitted the required
materials and license fee.
Ms. Navarrette has experience in the restaurant and food truck business. She intends to continue
operating the food truck year-round.
RECOMMENDATION
Approve a Wagon Vendor License for Monica Navarrette, owner of El Taco Nazo food truck,
for the period July 1, 2023 to June 30, 2024.
