From:Thomas Duray
To:Heidi Heller
Subject:2017 liquor license conditions
Date:Friday, April 21, 2023 9:37:58 AM
Caution: This email originated outside our organization; please use caution.
To: Little Canada Mayor, council members, and staff
I would like to request, That the city Council release the Hoggsbreath from any voluntary conditions that were imposed on our liquor
license in December 2017. I am not totally sure but possibly these voluntary conditions have expired already, Due to the extended
period of time and the lack of any problems in the operation of our business. Our Business plan has totally changed because of the
pandemic back in March 2020. We Our focusing our business on more of the restaurant, sports bar and promoting more of a family
atmosphere. we are closing at midnight, seven days a week, and not doing any night club activities, dancing, DJs, or live music. We also
do not currently hold a 2 AM liquor license. 90% of the conditions that were voluntary imposed on our liquor license back in December
2017, do not apply to anything that we are currently doing in the operation of our business presently. Please take this under
consideration.
Thank You! Tom Duray Hoggsbreath bar and restaurant owner.
