CITY OF LITTLE CANADA <br />ORDINANCE NO. 693 <br />AN OI~INANCE AMENDING APPENDIX ’C’, ELECTRIC FRANCHISE FEE SCHEDULE <br />The City Council of the City of Little Canada hereby ordains: <br />Section 1. <br />Amending APPENDIX ’C’, EXHIBIT ’A’, XCEL ENERGY ELECTRIC FRANCHISE FEE <br />SCHEDULE as follows: <br />Class Fee Per Premise <br />Residential $2.75 <br />Sm C & I-Non-Dem $5.25 <br />Sm C & I- Demand $40.00 <br />Large C & I $230.00 <br />Public Street Ltg $15.50 <br />Muni Pumping-N~$2.00 <br />Muni Pumping- Dem $3.00 <br />The amount paid by large C&I customers shall be a flat fee of $230.00 per month. <br />Franchise fees are to be collected by the Utility in the amounts set forth in the above schedule, <br />and submitted to the City on a quarterly basis as follows: <br />January- March collections due by April 30° <br />April- June collections due by July 31. <br />July - September collections due by October 31. <br />October- December collections due by January 31. <br />Section 2 <br />This Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after its passage and publication. <br />William Blesener, Mayor
