CITY OF LITTLE CANADA <br />ORDINANCE NO. 643 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING APPENDIX "C" OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE <br />RELATIVE TO SUNSET OF ELECTRICAL FRANCHISE FEE <br />The City Council of the City of Little Canada hereby ordains: <br />Section 1. <br />APPENDIX "C", Section 1, Subd. 8. Sunset Clause is hereby amended to read as <br />follows: <br />This Ordinance shall automatically sunset upon expiration of the Electric <br />Franchise. The City Council may unilaterally renew or extend the fee on the <br />same terms and conditions. Without waiver of any rights under Minnesota law. <br />the City Council shall seek agreement from Company if the City intends to <br />change the fee rate or fee design. <br />Section 2. <br />This Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after its passage and <br />publication. <br />~ar}i2tfle~e~er, Mayor <br />AYES: <br />NAYS: <br />Adopted this 9th day of April, 2008.
