CITY OF LITTLE CANADA <br />ORDINANCENO. 692 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING APPENDIX ’A’, ELECTRIC FRANCHISE ORDINANCE <br />RELATIVE TO FRANCHISE FEES <br />The City Council of the City of Little Canada hereby ordains: <br />Section 1. <br />Amending SECTION 9. FRANCHISE FEE. as follows: <br />9.1 Fee Schedule. During the term ofthe franchise hereby granted, and in lieu of any permit or other <br />fees being imposed on Company, the City may impose on Company a franchise fee by collecting the <br />amounts iMicated in a Fee Schedule set forth in a separate ordinance from each customer in the <br />designated Company Customer Class.
