<br /> <br /> STAFF REPORT <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />TO: Mayor Fischer and Members of the City Council <br /> <br />FROM: Eric Seaburg, P.E., City Engineer <br /> <br />DATE: June 14, 2023 <br /> <br />RE: Partial Payments #2 – Pioneer Park Improvements <br /> <br /> <br />ACTIONS TO BE CONSIDERED: <br />Motion to approve Partial Pay Estimate No. 2 to Albrecht Company in the amount of <br />$26,220.00. <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: <br />The total amount earned by the Contractor on this partial pay request is $87,950. The amount <br />previously paid is $57,332.50. Withholding a 5% retainage, the amount due is $26,220.00. <br /> <br />SOURCE OF FUNDS: <br />Park improvements will be funded through the City’s Capital Improvement Plan Fund (Fund <br />400), the 10% Fund (Fund 408), American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds, a MnDNR Grant, <br />and a donation from the Little Canada Recreation Association (LCRA). See the above table for <br />details. <br /> <br />STAFF RECOMMENDATIONS: <br />Staff recommends that the City Council approve payment in the amount of $26,220.00. <br />
