  <br />Highlights: <br /> Weather can play a significant role especially when considering permits for roofing <br />and siding. Number of building permits issued in Q2 for the current year higher <br />than in prior year, 80 permits in current year versus 42 prior year in the month of <br />June, majority roof permits. This increase in permits is due last year’s fall weather <br />that caused a lot of damage to roofs. Some of the roof and siding work repair is <br />being done this year. <br /> Building Permit Valuation significantly higher than last year.
