Ramsey County │ Annex C: Ingestion Pathway 6 <br />•No formal notification is made to the ingestion counties Alert Classification Level. <br />2.4.2.2 Alert Classification Level <br />•RCEMHS will be notified of the Alert Declaration by the SEOC. <br />•The CEOP and RCEOC are at Level 3 - "Limited Activation." <br />•The SEOC will maintain communications with the RCEMHS <br />2.4.2.3 Site Area Emergency (SAE) Classification Level <br />•RCEMHS will be notified of the SAE Declaration by the SEOC. <br />•RCEMHS will determine if Level 2 “Partial Activation” or Level 3 “Limited Activation” is <br />appropriate. <br />•The SEOC will maintain communications with the RCEMHS <br />2.4.2.4 General Emergency (GE) Classification <br />•RCEMHS will be notified of the GE Declaration by the SEOC. <br />•RCEMHS will determine if Level 1 - “Full Activation” or Level 2 - “Partial Activation is appropriate.
