Ramsey County | Base Plan II <br />Plan Distribution <br />Ramsey County Emergency Management & Homeland Security (RCEMHS) is responsible for establishing, <br />maintaining, and distributing the Comprehensive Emergency Operations Plan (CEOP) (Plan). RCEMHS <br />will make the CEOP available to all Ramsey County departments, municipalities, the Minnesota <br />Department of Public Safety (DPS) / Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management <br />(HSEM), and other partner organizations as necessary and upon request. <br />Hard and digital copies are available to view at the RCEMHS office. <br />Personnel with a role in executive leadership, coordination and management, and operational <br />implementation of incident procedures have reviewed this CEOP and agree with the content as well as <br />their role in responding to an incident as outlined in this Plan. Authorized representatives of Ramsey <br />County departments, municipalities, and partner organizations are encouraged to have digital access to <br />the official use version of this CEOP or a printed copy available to them at all times. This public version <br />of the CEOP has been redacted in compliance with Minnesota Statutes Chapter 13.
