<br /> <br /> STAFF REPORT <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />TO: Mayor Fischer and Members of the City Council <br /> <br />FROM: Heidi Heller, City Clerk/HR Manager <br /> <br />DATE: August 23, 2023 <br /> <br />RE: Accept 2023 Donations and 10% Charitable Gambling Funds <br /> <br /> <br />ACTION TO BE CONSIDERED: <br />Approve City acceptance of the January 1 – August 18, 2023 donations and Charitable Gambling <br />Funds as listed in the attached reports. <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: <br />Attached is a listing of donations the City of Little Canada has received and 10% Gambling Funds <br />the City receives from charitable gambling conducted by the Little Canada Fire Department, Little <br />Canada Recreation Association and Little Canada Canadian Days, for the period January 1 – <br />August 18, 2023. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Pursuant to State Statute, Staff is recommending acceptance of these donations and charitable <br />gambling funds. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
