As the expectations and demands grow <br />with the City, the employees will need to continue to master new skills and use <br />innovative approaches in their jobs. As needs have changed, so too has the need <br />for additional workspaces at City Hall. The City is also reviewing its partnership <br />with the Ramsey County Sheriff’s Department and looking into alternative <br />policing models that better reflect the needs expectations of the residents.
