Informational update to the Parks & Recreation Commission. <br />BACKGROUND <br />Little Canada Indoor Market: The next Indoor Market of the season will take place next <br />Monday, February 6 from 2-5 PM at the Little Canada Bingo Hall. Our vendors will have plants, <br />produce, crafts, sweets, self-care goods, and more! <br />Snowshoes: Staff continues to see residents utilize the snowshoe rentals that are offered. Staff <br />has partnered with local school districts to utilize the new youth snowshoes that were purchased <br />using a donation from the Little Canada Recreation Association (LCRA). Staff has led and <br />instructed classes with Little Canada Elementary and AFSA school and staff will be at Saint <br />John School of Little Canada the week of February 13 teaching snowshoeing to fourth and fifth- <br />graders. <br />February 14 - Valentine’s Day Illuminated Snowshoe Hike: Enjoy the great Minnesota outdoors <br />this Valentine’s Day! Participants can drop in any time from 5:30-8:00 PM and enjoy our self-
