Fall Gymnastics <br />This beginner gymnastics course will focus on tumbling and will include forward/backward rolls, <br />cartwheels, headstands, leaps, turns, and more. Equipment will consist of floor mats, beams, and <br />vaults. There will be seven weeks of practice with a final mock meet where your gymnasts can <br />show off their new skills! <br />Date & Time: Tuesdays, September 12-October 24 <br />Ages: 5-12 • Cost: $60 Res/$65 Non-Res <br />Little Canada Elementary School Gym ● 400 Eli Road, LIttle Canada, MN 55117 <br />Volleyball <br />Volleyball League aims to develop each player by teaching the fundamentals of volleyball while <br />learning the value of teamwork and encouraging good sportsmanship in a safe, positive, and fun <br />environment. This is a developmental program for 3rd-8th graders. The players are introduced to <br />more advanced practice drills and volleyball fundamentals. Improvement on volleyball strategies <br />involving bumping, setting, spiking, and rotation as they advance in league level. <br />Games are Saturday mornings and afternoons and will begin mid-September and end with an all- <br />day tournament in early November. We will explore the trails at Spooner Park <br />while searching for the sights and sounds of wildlife.
