Construction should be completed by December 1, 2009. <br />DRAW SCHEDULE: <br />The City anticipates that draws will be submitted once invoices for completed work <br />have been obtained. Two draws per project are expected with the first to occur no <br />later than September and the final to be no later than December of 2009 for both <br />projects. Additional coordination between City and Ramsey County staff will occur <br />to finalize these details. <br />
