SOMEONE SHALL ENSURE THE PARKING LOT IS FREE OF DEBRIS, <br />CHECKING EVERY FOUR HOURS (THE AREA WITHIN 100 FEET INANY <br />DIRECTION OF THE FRONT DOOR TO THE HOOKAH HIDEOUT) <br />4. THE BACKDOOR SHALL REMAIN CLOSED AND ONLY USED AS A FIRE <br />EXIT. IT SHALL NEVER BE USED AS AN ENTRANCE/EXIT. <br />5. Nays (1) (T. Miller opposed). Resolution declared adopted. <br />PRESENTATIONS <br />TUBMAN: ADVOCACY AND VICTIM RIGHTS <br />The City Administrator introduced the member present from Tubman tonight. He noted that he and <br />Mayor Fischer has the opportunity to meet with staff members from Tubman recently, explaining that <br />the organization provides assistance in certain court cases. <br />E <br />
