MINUTES <br />PARK AND RECREATION COMMISSION <br />MARCH 3, 1994 <br />was too high for life-time use of the City's park system. <br />The Director felt an increase in the City's park charge <br />was warranted based on the survey information. <br />The Commission discussed the amount of increase and <br />compromised at a $625 figure for single-family homes with <br />double-dwellings, multiple-family, and apartments <br />converted to condos to increase proportionately. <br />Remerowski recommended that the City's park charge be <br />increased to $625 per single-family home, $1,250 per <br />double-dwellings, $312.50 per multiple-family unit, and <br />$312.50 per apartment unit converted to condominium. <br />Motion seconded by Johnson. <br />Motion carried 4 - 1.
