MINUTES OF THE WORKSHOP MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />DECEMBER 20, 2023 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a Workshop meeting of the City Council of Little Canada, <br />Minnesota was convened on the 20th day of December, 2023 in the Conference Room of the City <br />Center located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Mayor Tom Fischer called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. and the following members of the <br />City Council were present at roll call: <br />ROLL CALL: In attendance were Mayor Fischer, City Council Members T. Miller, Gutierrez, <br />Kwapick and D. Miller. Absent: None. <br />ALSO PRESENT: City Administrator Chris Heineman. <br />CITY ADMINISTRATOR PERFORMANCE REVIEW <br />The purpose of this workshop is for the City Council to conduct the 2023 annual performance <br />review of the City Administrator. <br />The Council evaluated the Administrator on individual characteristics, professional skills and <br />status, relations with elected members of the governing body; policy execution, reporting, citizen <br />relations, staffing, supervision, fiscal management and community. <br />The performance review of the Administrator was satisfactory, and in addition to the cost of <br />living three percent salary increase, the City Council agreed to pay the Administrator an annual <br />vehicle allowance of $5,000 beginning January 1, 2024. <br />There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 7:29 p.m. <br />Tomas Fischer, Mayor <br />Attest: <br />d <br />Christopher Heineman, City Administrator <br />
