<br /> Get Help: (612) 825-0000 www.tubman.org Give Help: (612) 825-3333 <br />Mental & Chemical Health Services 17 <br /> Relapse Preven on Group <br />This 12-week group is designed for women who iden fy as being in recovery <br />from substance use and would like to engage in a professionally facilitated, <br />structured, me-limited group environment to strengthen their sobriety. A <br />relapse may be a promp ng event for a ending this group, but members may <br />also just be interested in ongoing recovery support. Our group curriculum <br />draws on dialec cal behavior therapy (DBT), cogni ve behavior therapy (CBT), <br />Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, life skills, skills to <br />help build healthy rela onships and priori ze safety in rela onships, and <br />psychoeduca on regarding substance use and mental health disorders. <br />When: 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. Mondays, 12 week program <br />Loca on: Tubman Chrysalis Center <br />Fee: Can be billed to health insurance or ask about our rates <br />Who: Individuals who iden fy as women only <br /> <br />For more informa on: Call (612) 870-2426 <br /> <br />Sober Curious Group <br />This is an ongoing weekly group designed for those who are curious about <br />exploring the impact of substance use in their lives, and developing other <br />coping skills for emo on regula on and distress tolerance. The goal of the <br />group is skill development and connec on with peers regarding mental health <br />and substance use topics - it is not a goal to convince all members to eventually <br />move into sobriety/abs nence, but to develop tools for living a safe and <br />healthy life, which may or may not include substance use. <br />When: 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. Wednesdays <br />Loca on: Tubman Chrysalis Center <br />Fee: Can be billed to health insurance or ask about our rates <br />Who: All genders <br /> <br />For more informa on: Call (612) 870-2426 <br />
