This is NOT a psychotherapy group, and <br />if you need these services, please reach out to our Intake team at 612-870- <br />2426, to see what other op ons may be available to meet your needs. Melis- <br />sa’s Connec ons has no fee or a endance commitment. <br />This group is for people who: <br /> Are wai ng to begin individual or group counseling <br /> Need extra support during a difficult period <br /> Are in need of support but do not have insurance <br /> Want to build suppor ve connec ons and community <br /> Are looking for access to addi onal community resources <br />Loca on: Tubman Chrysalis Center (Zoom) <br />Hours: 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. Tuesdays <br />Who: All genders, experiencing chemical health and/or mental health issues <br />or concerns <br />For more informa on: Call (612) 870-2426 <br /> <br /> <br />Family and Concerned Others Support Group <br />This group is currently on hold un l further no ce. <br />For Tubman Co-Occurring Disorders (COD) program members and their support <br />people. This is a free drop-in support group offering education and support <br />around recovery for current COD program clients to attend with their family and <br />friends. You must be 18 years or older to attend. <br />Loca on: Tubman Chrysalis Center <br />Who: All genders with co-ed groups <br />Hours: 4 p.m. to 5 p.m. Wednesdays <br /> <br />
