<br /> <br /> STAFF REPORT <br />1 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />TO: Mayor Fischer and Members of the City Council <br /> <br />FROM: Eric Seaburg, P.E., City Engineer <br /> <br />DATE: October 9, 2023 <br /> <br />RE: Assessment Hearing for Twin Lake Boulevard Improvement <br /> <br />ACTION TO BE CONSIDERED: <br />The City Council is asked to pass resolutions adopting assessments for the Twin Lake Boulevard <br />Improvement Project. <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: <br />Construction on Twin Lake Boulevard is substantially complete. Project staff is working with the <br />contractor on final punchlist items.
