CITY OF LITTLE CANADA <br />ORDINANCE NO. 882 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING LITTLE CANADA CITY CODE <br />CHAPTER 802.025 TO ALLOW A GENERAL SALES & DISPLAY TOBACCO <br />LICENSE TO BE ISSUED TO A NEW OWNER OF AN EXISTING BUSINESS <br /> <br />SECTION 1. SUMMARY PUBLICATION. Pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Section <br />412.191, in the case of a lengthy ordinance, a summary may be published. While a copy <br />of the entire ordinance is available without cost at the office of the City Clerk, the <br />following summary is approved by the City Council and shall be published in lieu of <br />publishing the entire ordinance: <br /> <br />The ordinance amends City Code Chapter 802.025 to allow a new General Sales & <br />Display Tobacco License to be issued to a new owner of an existing business. The full <br />text of Ordinance 882 is available for inspection at Little Canada City Hall during regular <br />business hours or online in the October 11, 2023 City Council packet. <br /> <br />SECTION 2.
