The <br />drainage includes stormwater coming from a 24” storm sewer. The intent of this figure is to further <br />show that a curb or berm across Roger’s western driveway would have little impact on drainage that <br />arrives at his property. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Figure 7: Concrete Storm Sewer to Creek <br /> <br />Figure 7 depicts a much more involved solution to the ponding water at 209 Ryan Drive. This option <br />would create a new low point between the two driveways and would then convey that water towards <br />the creek with a pipe adequately-sized to carry the water without temporarily backing up like the <br />current system does. This option is much more expensive than lowering the eastern driveway with more <br />construction-related impacts to Roger’s property.
